A great location

We are so lucky to be based in the lovely county of Cornwall with its wild moorland and hundreds of sandy beaches. The south coast, dubbed the Cornish Riviera, is home to picturesque harbours and calm waters which are perfect for sailing and the rugged north coast is lined with towering cliffs and has larger swells ideal for surfing.

Breakers Guest House is nestled close to Fistral Beach, boasting stunning views across the golf course and out towards the awe-inspiring Atlantic Ocean and our Townhouse (Breakers 24) is set amidst the hustle and bustle of the lively town of Newquay. Both of these locations are within a short stroll away from all the superb beaches, shops, bars, and restaurants.

What's Inside?

The Guest House is pet friendly and has 7 rooms available (with a total occupancy of 20). There is a lovely communal area with a fully licensed bar. Out the front there is a patio area and opposite is a children’s playground and large grass area to exercise your dog.  For drivers to the Guest House there is free on-street parking (if spaces are available) and a height restricted grass car park opposite which is free after 4pm until 9am throughout the season and has no charge at all between November and April.

Our Townhouse is also pet friendly with 4 bedrooms (making a total occupancy of 8). Two parking spaces at the rear of the property, bright and airy lean-to and spacious rooms makes it an ideal choice for your family getaway. 

The bus and train station are within walking distance of both properties.

You can book by phone, email or direct through this website.

Free cancellation up until 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment required if it’s less than 30 days which is non-refundable.

They are more than welcome at both properties.

There is a small additional fee if they are staying at the Guest House.

The Guest House: Free on-street parking is available if you can find a spot. There is also a grass car park opposite with a height restriction of 1.8metres. It is free between 4pm and 9am every day but chargeable around those hours.

The Townhouse: There is one parking space at the property There is also free on-street parking on neighbouring roads (if spaces are available) if not there are nearby Council car parks which are free daily from 4pm – 9am but chargeable around those hours.

Fistral beach and the town centre with its beaches are all within a ten minute walk away from the Guest House.

The Townhouse is all ready centrally located with the nearest beach being about 5 minutes away.
